Covenant One Takes – Katherine & Susan

In today's edition of One Takes, Katherine speaks with Susan Murphy, a Covenant member who is leading a new group called Surviving Our Spouses.

The group kicks off with an online gathering led by Katherine Kerr on Sunday at 4 p.m.

As an outreach of Congregational Life and Pastoral Care, Surviving Our Spouses has sent out surveys of interest and personally telephoned nearly 90 Covenant widows and widowers to determine a high level of interest in the new group.

SOS will offer various options according to interest, including fellowship, activities, programs, small groups, personal outreach to newly widowed members, and practical services, when possible.
